Common questions

If you don't see your question, ask us directly.

How long does an organizational assessment take?

Most single-site assessments run 8 to 12 weeks from kickoff to the findings briefing, depending on how quickly workforce data, surveys and interviews can be completed.

What data do we need to provide?

De-identified workforce and HR data (headcount, turnover, vacancies, promotions, leadership composition), existing survey results if you have them, and relevant policies. We work with what you have and fill gaps with our own structured assessment and employee survey.

Is staff data kept confidential?

Yes. We work with de-identified data, report at the unit or organization level, and never report results for groups small enough to identify individuals. Data-handling terms are agreed before any data is shared.

Can we start with an assessment and move to the platform later?

Yes. The assessment establishes your baseline; the platform subscription then tracks whether conditions improve against it. Your findings and roadmap carry straight into the dashboard.

What is the subscription term?

Platform subscriptions run annually. Health system partnerships are typically scoped for two to three years to allow measurable change across sites.

Who in our organization needs to be involved?

An executive sponsor (typically the CEO, CNO, or CHRO), a data contact in HR or analytics, and department leaders for the areas being assessed. Implementation works best when each intervention has a named owner.
