Privacy notice

What we collect

When you submit the "Assess your organization" form we receive the details you enter: your name, role, organization, organization type and size, work email, optional phone number, the areas you are interested in, and any message you write. Browsing the site does not require an account and we do not set tracking cookies.

Why we use it

We use form submissions only to respond to your request: to understand your priorities, walk you through the dashboard, and scope an assessment or proposal. We do not add you to a newsletter and we do not sell or share your details for marketing.

Who processes it

• Formspree delivers form submissions to our inbox and stores a copy on its servers. See Formspree's privacy policy.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site; your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.
• Our web host records standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser) for security and performance.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond and follow up on your request, and delete them when they are no longer required unless we enter into an agreement with your organization.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us. Write to hello@salumishealth.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and the date above.
